Refund policy

 

We aim to maximize your satisfaction level to our utmost capabilities and your experience on website as enjoyable as possible. Below are the terms of exchanges, what we do and what we don't accept. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have read, acknowledged, understand and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions

– Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.

– If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid. 

– As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.

- Aaina by yashika shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of its products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.

– The buyer can raise a replacement or exchange request if and only if the products do not reach the buyer in good condition (damaged) or upon receival of wrong product. In either of the cases, the customer has to send a Video of unpacking the parcel and showing valid proof . The buyer has to raise a return request within 3 days of delivery to claim replacement.

– We shall issue replacement, exchange or return, whichever is feasible to us, provided that the damaged product is reshipped by the buyer them self to the address that is requested by us within 3 days of delivery.

– A replacement will only be provided.

_ Size exchange is available, depending upon the availability and reverse pickup of 150/- has to be born by customer. 

– Please note that all products under Sale or purchased using coupon/discount code shall not be valid for any return/exchange/refund.

– No return/exchange/refund on Accessories & International Shipping.

– Aaina by yashika reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to (number) within 3 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 business days of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents along with the product.

 

Refunds

Do we issue refunds?

We do not  issue refunds.

Exceptions:
If we don't have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit in such cases. The validity of the Store credit will be 1 month. You will have to use it and make a purchase within this period.
